Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Bob Hates You account and associated gameplay data. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings from the main menu.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

If you signed in a while ago, you may need to sign out, sign in again, then retry deletion (recent sign-in is required for security).

What we delete

• Firebase Authentication profile (Google / Apple sign-in link)
• Run history and active run state
• Question delivery history (served questions)
• Consumable stash (Rewinds, Bank Tokens) and purchase ledger
• Question votes and reports tied to your account
• Best-run and season leaderboard entries
• Account preferences stored on our servers

What may remain

• Local app preferences on your device until you uninstall the app
• Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
• Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations
